"My family is terribly proud and of course they already voted for me in advance. They and my manager will represent me at the award ceremony, because I can't be there because I have a match on the weekend," Balázs Dzudzsák said in the press release. in which the news was announced that the 22-year-old midfielder had been nominated for the Prima Primissima award."I was just wandering around in my apartment in Eindhoven shortly after waking up when the phone rang. Needless to say, my heart skipped a beat when I was told that I was among the candidates for the prestigious award, because looking at the list of awardees so far, the nomination itself is a huge honor."

Chased the ball

The announcement about the nomination is surprising because the names of the candidates were already announced months ago. In the sports category, swimmer László Cseh, handball player Anita Görbicz, or soccer player Gyula Grosics can receive recognition. According to the press agency, Balázs Dzudzsák has been nominated for the Prima Junior Hungarian sports category, founded for up-and-coming talents.

The soccer player born in Nyírlugos has only been present in Hungarian and international sports for a few years, but "he was already chasing the ball at the age of four or five in the local kindergarten" - as can be read in his official biography. Since the age of ten, he has been preparing more seriously for the field, trained in an association in Debrecen, later became a player for DVSC. Two years ago, he made his debut in the Hungarian national team against Greece, during the captaincy of Péter Várhidi. And in the fall of 2007, he already signed a five-year contract with the PSV Eindhoven team - his former club team received 2 million euros for him - so he continued his career in the Netherlands the following year.

Prima Primissima

The Prima Primissima award was founded by entrepreneur Sándor Demján in 2003 with the support of the National Association of Entrepreneurs. Its purpose is to preserve the achievements of Hungarian intellectuals and strengthen the development of domestic science, art and culture. The ten-year, more than HUF two billion, is awarded annually in December to Hungarians who demonstrate outstanding activity. Among others, the candidates are selected by members of the board of trustees of the Prima Primissima Foundation led by VOSZ and Sándor Csányi in ten categories: literature, theater and film, visual arts, science, education and public education, architecture and construction, press, folk art and public culture, music and finally sport. In 2006, water polo coach Dénes Kemény, in 2007 Olympic champion swimmer Krisztina Egerszegi, in 2008 the MKB Veszprém Handball Club received recognition in the sports category. This year, more nominations were received than ever before, the board of trustees selected the candidates from more than 430 candidates in the summer. The recognition of emerging talents, Prima Junior, will be awarded in 2009 in the categories of science, sports and education, public education, and there will be ten students in each category.

They're just friends

Dzsudzsák Balázs has been a recurring tabloid character since the summer, when the news spread that he is dating Adrien Bánszki, who is a few years older than him and has two children, the host of Viva television known as Ada. However, they both denied this, saying that they are just friends. The athlete is more happy to talk about the rosary she received from her grandmother, as well as how she rarely finds the one that best suits her taste among women's perfumes.

In the absence of a love story, RTL Klub also thought it more interesting to present the twenty-year-old athlete's white BMW and home. According to this, Dzudzsák chose a 100-square-meter Penthouse-style, two-story apartment in Budapest. He didn't spend a lot of energy on the interior design, respecting the legacy of the previous owner, for example, he didn't get rid of the decorated Christmas tree that was already in the closet before the apartment was sold. Next to the tree were the football player's shoes, for example the Adidas shoes that the company made especially for him. In any case, his favorite room in the apartment is the bathroom, where the jacuzzi is located. In his interview, he also said that there are unfathomable amounts of money circulating in international football, but he is saving anyway to secure his future.

What makes football worth living for

The successful soccer player, the face of FIFA 10, also strengthens the recently developed Dzudzák fetish. In his blog on his website, we can find a lot of enthusiastic posts about himself, for example "Goal rain in the Dutch summer" or "now Figo also has a Dzudzák field". This last post reveals that he actually initiated the exchange of jerseys with the Portuguese face of Szentkirály mineral water during their summer meeting. In the footballer's post on August 20, we can also read a summary of his era. "On Sunday against Ajax, I played the best match of my life, I scored the most beautiful goal. The team won a rally after two draws, in a word, the weekend was like a dream. This is a period in my career that is worth playing and living for," the footballer, who that week voted as the best soccer player in the world by goal.com.

And those who are not only focused on following his sports career can also learn the news that the soccer player has finally found an even more spacious apartment in Eindhoven. "There was nothing wrong with the old one either, but I wanted to live in a bigger and newer one, now I've moved. The new Kegli is great." The soccer player also occasionally informs his readers about the last time he was at Bed Beach, how he ended up in Balatonfüred in the summer when he was originally going to Alicante, and that he sometimes listens to Hamvai PG, but his real favorite is not pop music.
