According to a British survey, nearly a third of women trying to lose weight after the holidays can't really give up delicious food, so they often sin, writes the Daily Mail. A total of 36 percent of the respondents eat in secret: some eat under the bed, some in the drawer, some hide the forbidden snack in their bag, according to the LighterLife survey, which asked 2,000 women between the ages of 16 and 65.

According to the program's spokesperson, they were surprised by how much the situation has worsened compared to a survey four years ago: "Four out of ten women are tempted when their partner eats something delicious in front of them, and a quarter are seduced by a cool he eats in a restaurant. If you want to help your girlfriend or wife, pay close attention to them between 11pm and 3am, because most people are snacking then," added the LighterLife employee. Four years ago, by the way, 61 percent of women were on a diet, now 85 percent of them want to lose weight in this way, and in general they have tried to get rid of extra pounds eight times in their life.

28 percent of those surveyed admitted that they could only endure the diet for one day, and three quarters of them only paid attention to what they ate for a week. At the same time, it was also revealed that one in six women sins once a week, and one in ten eats something that should not be eaten every second or third day. Fifty-three percent of women said that food is more important to them than sex. Four years ago, only 31 percent of those surveyed held this opinion. For most of them, however, chocolate and other sweets have a serious allure. By the way, eight out of ten women regretted eating unhe althy food, and 36 percent preferred to throw away the ominous food so as not to eat more of it. Four out of ten dieters lied because they were ashamed, and several bought food at fast food restaurants so that friends, family and colleagues wouldn't notice what they were up to. Many people see food as a mood enhancer and eat to make themselves feel better.
