Supposedly, spring is approaching (or at least we really hope so), the outdoor places will open soon, and for the girls, after eating at Easter, in preparation for the bikini season, weight loss will really come to the fore
And what is the connection between the two? The alcohol. Of course, I don't want to dissuade anyone from drinking alcohol, but if you're losing weight, it's better to know how many calories you consume with each glass.
According to the survey of nightclubs, most people drink vodka and wine, but the girls are quite fond of cocktails. Well, let's look at the table.

Martini and olives
If calories are important to you, you're best off with vermouth, but if you browse the table, you can see that the other alcohols don't have such a huge calorie content either. Be careful how much you consume, because their calorie content is not their most dangerous feature.
We drink this on the weekend and this for lunch
With us, vodka is clearly the star of the weekend - Katalin Barna, an employee of one of the entertainment complexes in Budapest, told Dívány. "They drink it short, but many people also ask for it in a long drink. Flavored vodka shots are also very popular. Guests usually ask for wine with lunch, but many ladies also enjoy cocktails."
4 cl=0.4 dl
In Hungary, alcohol is measured in centiliters and usually costs 4 cents in a half glass. 4 cl of alcohol corresponds to 0.4 deciliters. If you drink a "long drink", that is, you ask for a mixed drink in a long glass, you still need 4 centiliters (in the best case) to be poured into the glass.
The 10 cl in the table corresponds to one deciliter. This is usually how much wine is measured if the consumer does not ask for more.
