Victoria's Secret, Dolce & Gabbana and Jeremy Scott have recently been accused of racism, which is a sensitive topic in the fashion world. The latest scandal was caused by a Pakistani designer, Aamna Aqeel, with her fashion material called "Be my Slave". Instead of promoting his collection with a creative campaign, Aqeel created a series with a clearly racist tone to present his work this year.

Do you find the pictures racist?

  • You clearly have a message
  • This is just an advertising material
  • I don't care

In the series of photos also taken by Diva magazine, a white model poses in this year's collection of the designer, while she is served by a dark-skinned boy of Baloch ethnicity, who, looking at the pictures, indisputably gives the impression of a slave.

Many magazine editors and outraged commenters were shocked to see the photos, including one of the editors of the Herald Tribune, Salima Feerasta, who voiced her opinion that slavery is an inappropriate marketing strategy.

Feerasta also asked the designer about the images he called unforgivable, who denied that he was guided by racism during the creation of the material, according to his own admission, he only wanted to draw attention to child labor, reports huffingtonpost.com. "The boy works in a garage, I just wanted to give him a little work," explained the designer. Do you also think that the advertisement reeks of racism, or do you consider such accusations to be exaggerated and consider it a kind gesture that the designer gave the child a job?
