You won't miss anything even now, you can even make it on Christmas Eve, a five-minute glass dessert. If you've already baked gingerbread, you can use it, but if you only have store-bought (or other) biscuits, it's also perfectly suitable.

The caramelized applesauce is also ready in seconds. A showy dessert with no macera, we love it.

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

12-15 speculative (or some kind) biscuits or gingerbread

25 dkg mascarpone

1 dl cold whipped cream

4 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 raw orange with peel

2 apples

2 tablespoons cane sugar1 teaspoon gingerbread spice mix

  1. Clean the apples and cut them into small cubes. Put it in a pan, sprinkle with cane sugar and gingerbread spice. Grate the peel of the orange and set aside. Squeeze the juice over the apple, simmer until all moisture disappears and the apple caramelizes nicely. Set aside to cool.
  2. Beat the cold cream with a tablespoon of powdered sugar into a stiff foam.
  3. Mix the cream cheese with the remaining powdered sugar and the orange peel. Carefully stir in the whipped cream.
  4. Crush the biscuits into small pieces. We sprinkle a little in the bottom of the glasses. Press half of the cream from a foam bag or a snack bag onto the biscuits, then add a little of the apple, another batch of biscuits, cream and apple. Sprinkle the remaining crumbs on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
