The marriage of brownies and chocolate biscuits is definitely a match made in heaven! This biscuit is a little crunchy on the outside, soft and juicy on the inside, and almost melts in your mouth. A plus point is that it does not contain flour, so it can also be included in a gluten-free diet with the use of suitable ingredients. Feel free to replace the finely ground almonds in the recipe with walnuts or hazelnuts!
